Shipping policy
When choosing the shipping method called "Standard Mail Delivery" the order is mailed by the public postal service as a standard issued letter, and therefore we cannot offer any refunds, returns, tracking number or guarantees. It only applies to packages less than 2 kg.
In most cases, other shipping methods will be available for your choosing.
When choosing the shipping method "Recommended letter", the order can only be delivered personally in exchange of your signature. Damaged or lost goods are only partially refunded. If the shipping returns to sender because the customer was not available, we only resend the order if a new shipping fee is paid.
If any order fails to reach the customer due to custom regulations, unknown or wrong shipping address, or other reasons that is out of our hands or can be described as force majeure, we do not offer refunds or replacements.
If an order arrive in damaged condition, please return the item to the address listed in the contact section (https://icebergwebshop.com/pages/contact) and send photos of the damages to the mail below.
