A song about the difficulty of commitment

A song about the difficulty of commitment

Tim Schou continues the successful collaboration with Swedish star producer Anton Hård on his new single "Liar" - a track for all those who are not ready to settle down. This one goes out to all those who put their mobile phone on the bedside table with the screen facing down when they sleep with their partner. To all of those who seek safety and presence, but are not ready to put the opposite on the shelf, to get it, says Tim.The diverse musician and songwriter has gone in a darker sonic direction with the single, where a hip-hop-inspired sound hits hard with auto-tuned vocals, trap-hihat and atmospheric violins.
The release follows the single "Little Bit of Good", which came out earlier this year and has played on P4 in recent months. With the track, Tim aimed for a new musical point of view where he can put aside expectations and make the music he wants. "Liar" continues this thought and points to an even more edgy pop sound in the future. In collaboration with the L.A.-based group Mi$hnrz, Alix Fullerton and Paul Sikoral, Tim wrote "Liar" several years back. In 2021, it was brought out again and given a musical facelift by the Swedish producer Anton Hård af Segerstad (Iggy Azalea, Fifth Harmony, Alexander Oscar and others).

The new tracks can be experienced live when Tim goes on his autumn tour - where he plays 10-15 solo concerts and finally a concert at RUST with full band in Copenhagen on 19 November.
